What documents do I need for Umrah/Hajj?

You need a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity), passport-sized photographs, and completed visa application forms. For Hajj, additional documents may be required as per Saudi authorities.

How do I make payment?

You can pay via Paystack (debit/credit cards), bank transfer to our account, or cash at our office. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 60+ days before departure receive 90% refund. 30-59 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund. Visa fees are non-refundable once submitted.

Can I bring children along?

Yes, children are welcome. Please inform us during booking so we can make appropriate arrangements. Children under 2 years may require additional documentation.

Do you provide visa assistance?

Yes, visa processing is included in all our packages. We handle the entire visa application process on your behalf.

What is included in the package price?

Our packages include visa processing, flights, accommodation, meals, ground transportation, and guidance from our experienced team. Check individual package details for specific inclusions.
