Please read these terms carefully before booking.
Booking Terms
By booking a package with SDJABALU Umrah & Hajj Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payment Terms
- A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking.
- Full payment must be made at least 30 days before departure.
- Payments can be made via Paystack (card), bank transfer, or cash at our office.
- All payments are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 60+ days before departure: 90% refund.
- Cancellations made 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure: No refund.
- Visa fees are non-refundable once application has been submitted.
Travel Documents
It is the pilgrim's responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity), necessary vaccinations, and meet all Saudi Arabian entry requirements. SDJABALU will assist with visa processing but cannot guarantee visa approval.
Health & Medical
Pilgrims must be in good health to undertake the journey. Any medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking. SDJABALU recommends comprehensive travel insurance.
Limitation of Liability
SDJABALU Umrah & Hajj Services acts as an intermediary for travel services and is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines, hotels, or regulatory authorities beyond our control.
