Cancellation by Pilgrim

• 60+ days before departure: 90% refund of package cost (excluding visa fees)
• 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund of package cost
• 15-29 days before departure: 25% refund of package cost
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund

Cancellation by SDJABALU

In the unlikely event that SDJABALU cancels a trip due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.), we will offer a full refund or option to transfer to another available package.

Visa Refunds

Visa processing fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the Saudi authorities, regardless of the outcome.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of cancellation approval. Refunds will be made via the original payment method or bank transfer for cash payments.

Partial Refunds

If a pilgrim is unable to complete the journey due to medical emergencies (with valid documentation), a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
